iProperty Finders was launched in 2012 by Paul Bench, a very experienced and respected property person, with a proven track record in property sales and lettings.

Paul has over 20years’ experience selling property throughout Northamptonshire, London, Spain and Italy and has a wealth of knowledge dealing with a diverse clientele. Paul heads our Property Investment department, having worked for a top London property investment company for 5 years. He is the man to talk to if you want to invest in property and will run through all aspects of property investments from strategy through to buying the right property, rental yields and eventual exit strategy.

Jonathan Barker has now joined the team. Jonathan has over 25 year’s experience in the Northants property market,most of which have been as a manager. Jonathan’s  customer service and sales management background has given him a well  respected reputation for his professionalism, honesty and hard work. Jonathan’s pro-active attitude and organisational skills ensures that your property will be looked after, from; finding a quality tenant, managing the tenants, any legal, maintenance issues, statements and payments.

Our property sales department utilises our experience and enthusiasm with straightforward business ethics, honesty and hard work. Having worked in the estate agency business over the last 20 years, we believe that sales, lettings and investments markets have changed and moved on, with online enquiries resulting in over 90% of viewings. We feel that traditional estate agents have not changed at all. They are still paying for large and multiple expensive high street offices and employ 3 or 4 Negotiators per office with large overheads, charging on average a large 1.5%+vat fee averaging £3000 in Northamptonshire.
